Description
This Vinyasa Yoga class is a fluid, dynamic practice guided by the breath. The postures follow one another smoothly in a harmonious flow, inviting concentration, strength and flexibility. Each session is designed as a meditation in movement, to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Variations are proposed for each posture, so that everyone feels at home, whatever their level.
