Babylates & Groove" mixed pilates & yoga class with your baby!
A moment together to move gently, strengthen deeply and have fun with your baby. This class combines postnatal Pilates, dance movement and yoga, to restore energy, tone and connection to yourself, while sharing a bubble of joy with your little one.
Babylates & Groove classes are from 3 to 4 p.m., as soon as you're ready to move.
