Wednesday classes (75 min) are divided into two parts:

45 min yoga: a fluid, relatively slow flow, combining hatha, power and pilates, combining strength, muscular depth and reconnection with oneself.

30 minutes of sound bathing with alchemical crystal bowls, for a relaxing and regenerating sound journey.

Classes are given in French and English.
