20 minutes of Vinyasa flow yoga on the wooden deck
40 minutes on the water on SUP boards
Who is it for?

Anyone looking for a wonderful experience in a paradise-like setting. Never tried SUP before? No problem! The classes are for all levels, and everyone does what they can on the board.

Location: Lutry Beach on the beautiful deck of Lutry Paddle School

Every Sunday from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM in June, July, and August
