Come and recharge your batteries with us from December 18 to 20, 2026. The program includes Yin, Vinyasa, specific workshops, mantras, Pranayama, and of course time for yourself to hike or relax in the corners of the guesthouse. Come and discover delicious and varied vegetarian cuisine, a treat every time.
This retreat is open to everyone, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We look forward to sharing these moments with you! The price includes all classes, two meals a day, and snacks prepared by us. Please add drinks and travel to Chemin.
