Description
Come and recharge your batteries with us from October 10 to 15, 2026. The program includes Yin, Vinyasa, specific workshops, mantras, Pranayama, and of course time for yourself to hike, explore the island, or just relax. The hotel offers local dishes adapted to your dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). The hotel also has a spa. This retreat is open to everyone, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We look forward to sharing these moments with you! The price includes all classes, two meals per day, and two excursions. Additional drinks, meals, excursions, and travel to Ischia (EasyJet flight to Naples and transfer to Ischia) are not included.
