Through poses held for several minutes in stillness, we gently work on the deep tissues, improve mobility, and release tension accumulated in the body. This practice invites you to calm the nervous system, soothe the mind, and let energy flow freely. A timeless moment to return to yourself, breathe deeply, and cultivate mindfulness and letting go.
