A hatha vinyasa yoga class to move, breathe and leave feeling relaxed and energized, in a friendly atmosphere! Julie, certified teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP) and founder of The Sakura Yoga in Geneva, will guide you through a sequence accessible to all: sun salutations, balancing postures, strengthening, stretching and final relaxation. The idea is simple: stay mobile, release stress and discover your abilities.
