Hatha yoga, also known as the yoga of effort, invites you to explore your body and breath with awareness and patience. Whether you're a beginner or already practising, this session allows you to reconnect with your body, your breath and your rhythm, without any sense of performance or comparison. A flowing, soothing practice that helps you regain balance, grounding and inner clarity, while remaining in tune with yourself.
