This Yin Yoga & Sound Bath class invites you to slow down and reconnect with what's essential, facing the mountains. Slow, restorative postures combine with the soothing sounds of bowls, gongs and chimes, for a deep relaxation of body and mind. A unique sensory experience, between heaven and earth, where breath, vibration and nature unite in harmony.
