A real break for the nervous system, Yin Yoga guided by Anouk is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and let the body untie itself while calming the mind. In this slowness, tensions melt away, energy flows and calm settles in like an inner caress. Accessible to all, even those with prostheses, stiffness or arthritis. Prerequisite: ability to lie down and sit on a mat.
