A creative, dynamic and accessible Vinyasa Flow, designed for all bodies, all morphologies, for women and men alike. We move with awareness, to the rhythm of the breath, in a joyful, caring and non-judgmental atmosphere. The class invites you to connect with yourself, as you are, in the present moment. I offer options for those who want to challenge themselves, but always with respect for their limits. A practice that honors the body, supports self-exploration and self-acceptance, and leaves you free to choose what's right for you.

All festival classes are free, but places are limited. We invite you to book your place for each class by creating an account, so you can easily manage or cancel your registrations.
