Description
The sessions will last 60 minutes and will take place in two parts: 35 minutes of yoga, a fluid practice that invites you to connect fully with your body and your breathing, while incorporating powerful movements and deep muscle work, and 25 minutes of sound bathing with alchemical crystal bowls, for a relaxing and regenerating sound journey. The class is taught in French and English.
