Description
"Vinyasa", from the Sanskrit nyasa, means "to place" and vi "in a certain way". Vinyasa yoga is a solar, active and moving practice, with only one rule: breathe in and breathe out! A strong appropriation by the West has created Vinyasa Yoga, which combines pleasant concepts from our regions: well-being, movement, creativity and sometimes even play. At any given moment, you'll find yourself back in the child's pose, taking a few breaths and picking up the flow at your own pace.

All festival classes are free, but places are limited. We invite you to book your place for each class by creating an account, so you can easily manage or cancel your registrations.
