Description
Yin yoga is an invitation to slowness, a breath of gentleness in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Each posture, held long and effortlessly, plunges deep into the tissues: ligaments, joints, bones, to release silent tensions. In this suspended time, the body surrenders, the mind settles and breathing becomes a guide to inner peace. A meditative and introspective practice, Yin teaches us to listen, to feel, to simply be. An art of calm, open to all, where suppleness is woven as much in the body as in the heart.
