Description
This is a class for all levels, stimulating and surprising enough for regular practitioners, while leaving time to explain postures to those new to yoga. Students will spend an hour moving playfully and dynamically, from the ground up, with an emphasis on creative transitions and coordination of breath and movement. Variations of postures will be proposed to make the course accessible to different levels and body types.
