Description
A space to slow down, breathe and come back to yourself. Through a fluid practice combining Hatha, Yin and intuitive movements, Justine guides each student towards a finer awareness of body and breath. The session explores the balance between anchorage and lightness, effort and relaxation, movement and silence - inspired by her Vipassana experience. Each posture becomes a doorway to presence, a return to the heart of the self. Accessible to all, this class invites you to feel rather than perform.
