Description
A fluid and precise session, mobilizing strength, endurance and flexibility. Transitions are made on the breath, requiring concentration and technical mastery. The emphasis is on breath control and the ability to maintain presence despite effort. This practice develops power, mental stability and bodily freedom, while remaining a meditation in movement.
