Description
We start with a dynamic, fluid and creative Vinyasa to awaken the muscles, find strength and center ourselves. This is the "action" side the body needs. We then switch to Yin Yoga, where we put everything down. Postures are held for long periods to release deep tensions, calm the mind and stretch the fascia. This is where space is found. For total relaxation, we end with a short, enveloping sound immersion during savasana with Tibetan bowls. Come and explore the balance between movement and stillness. A pure moment for you.
